HeartSong will offer a variety of rooms, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you wish to extend your stay, the $160/night conference rate is available two days after the conference (check-in beginning Thursday through check-out on Sunday).

DreamMore Resort & Spa: $160/night (available Tuesday through Sunday)

DreamMore is located on adjacent property to HeartSong. A sprinter van and golf carts will be available to attendees upon request for complimentary rides between resorts. Guests are also welcome to walk (or drive their personal vehicle) between these properties, which are in very close proximity.
DreamMore offers king with bunk and double-queen rooms, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reserving Your Room

Please Note: A first-night room + tax deposit is required at booking. The Front Desk team can adjust the appropriate taxes as needed at check-out. If paying with a UT Travel Card, scroll down for more information.
Reservations cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival will be credited a full refund of the room deposit and any applicable tax. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax. Any remaining room nights will be cancelled with no penalty.

Please bring the UT Travel Card (in your name) along with a copy of the University’s tax-exempt form to the registration desk at HeartSong Lodge & Resort for a seamless check-in experience.

Inform the host that the cardholder will not be present at check-in.
The host will email you a credit card authorization form.
Return the completed form and attach a copy of the University’s tax-exempt form before your arrival to the conference for a seamless check-in experience.
