HeartSong Lodge & Resort: $160/night

HeartSong will offer a variety of rooms, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you wish to extend your stay, the $160/night conference rate is available two days before and two days after the conference (check-in beginning Tuesday through check-out on Sunday).

Reserving Your Room

Please Note: A first-night room + tax deposit is required at booking. The Front Desk team can adjust the appropriate taxes as needed at check-out. If paying with a UT Travel Card, scroll down for more information.
Staying the night of August 27 only? Please click here to book your 1-night stay between conference days.
Staying additional nights? Call 1-800-DOLLYWOOD (1-800-365-5996) to book your entire stay. (Extended nights cannot be booked online.) When calling, mention the “Academic Meeting Professionals” room block.
Reservations cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival will be credited a full refund of the room deposit and any applicable tax. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax. Any remaining room nights will be cancelled with no penalty.

Please bring the UT Travel Card (in your name) along with a copy of the University’s tax-exempt form to the registration desk at HeartSong Lodge & Resort for a seamless check-in experience.

When calling, mention the “Academic Meeting Professionals” room block.
Inform the host that the cardholder will not be present at check-in.
The host will email you a credit card authorization form.
Return the completed form and attach a copy of the University’s tax-exempt form before your arrival to the conference for a seamless check-in experience.
